We will gladly replace the item, give you a merchandise credit, or refund you for the purchase price of the item.

Return Policy

Please send an email to help@homegardenaccents.com to get a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition and must include all original parts and accessories. Some larger items will incur a 15% Restocking Fee. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item is sent back to us without an approved return authorization number, it will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the product is purchased with "Free Freight" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways.
